I have something to write about, though I wish to God that I didn't have to write it...
My cousin back in NY gave birth to her first son last week. On Saturday her husband was walking around the house, just holding him, while they had guests in their home.
The baby died in his arms.
There is no explanation.
There were no complications during birth.
My cousin is going crazy, and her husband has had to be sedated the past few days...
I'm just glad they got to meet him, even though I know that is no comfort in this time.

Oh, my God. I'm sooo sorry. And frankly, scares the hell out of me.
I hope their families can provide lots of strength and support during this terribly sad time.
OMG That is just awful. I am so sorry. I hope they can find peace in all of this. They are in my thoughts.
Diana I had to read this post several times just to be sure that I had actually read it correctly.
That is horrible and as mentioned in previous comments very scary. I hope that they are able to find answers as what caused the baby to pass away.
Please know that you and your extended family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Terrible. These stories scare me so much, it can happen to anyone at any time.
