Goin' on a date

Last night found me at my mother's house helping her and my sister make alcapurrias while my son ran around and made a mess. For those of you that don't know what an alcapurria is (and I only know the Spanish word for it, I don't even think there is an English word) click the link and if you're brave, try the recipe. Those things are TO DIE FOR. And I say try it if you're brave, not because of the taste, but because of the work. But it's worth it. Yum.
Anyway, Daddy was home working on his Jesus-Christ-isn't-this-damn-thing-done-yet???-project car with Choo and .S. (.S. doesn't have a nickname. Strange.)
So at some point my mother gets up and goes into her room to get her purse, and as she was digging around in her Mary Poppins bag, she came up with two free tickets for the new Wes Craven movie that comes out this weekend. So Daddy and I, along with my sister and mother are going on a date tonight to see the sneak preview of Feast. My mother is forever getting sneak preview tickets at her job, she usually just gives them to me and Daddy or offers them to our friends, but she likes Wes Craven so she's joining us on this one.
I'll let you guys know how it was.
Just call me Ebert.

alright-just to be fair-as soon as I find out IF they can be shipped and how well they will keep, I will send some out to anyone who wants some. These aren't as easy to ship as Latteman's cookies (yum, memories, those were good cookies)...but I will try my hardest.
If they cannot be shipped, you will have to embark on a culinary adventure and make 'em yourself.
OTJ- I'll send you a pic of some, and you can just take a pic trying to eat the photo. Hows that? Will weight watchers hang you for that?
