No apologies here, my friend.

T-Rex 2 I had written here before that I was looking into getting ads for my blog. I had also written before that a fellow mommy introduced me to a site that pays me for writing up a post and putting the ad in the post.
Well, it seems I have pissed someone right the fuck off.
I guess I should feel bad that this person has a problem with me writing for $2.50, for just adding a link (that you don't even have to click on, mind you!) to a post I would write anyway. I guess I should feel bad that I only make $9 an hour at a job that I was lucky enough to get. I guess I should feel bad that Daddy works in a warehouse job that he loves but they don't pay him much either. I guess I should feel bad that at the end of the month I cry because I don't think we can make rent because gas and food and diapers and babysitters and LIVING is FUCKING EXPENSIVE. I guess I should feel bad that this person is obviously so very successful, and owns a home and has money and time to take multiple vacations, while I work my ass off just to have a roof over my head, all the while wishing I didn't have to buy generic ANYTHING for once. The little bit of money I am making from Payperpost is helping my bank account stay in the positive instead of the negative, so I am not going to apologize for writing for them. I'm actually going to thank them, because while we can make rent, and while my son's ass is covered, they are helping put my mind at ease, knowing that my bank account won't have a negative dash in front of the balance.
So I won't apologize for putting the ads up. I'm not sorry I am taking extra steps to help my family. I'm just sorry that not everyone has been poor enough to know what it is I'm going through and have gone through. I am sorry that some people are just well-off to begin with and will never know what it's like to worry about the things I worry about. You guys don't have to click the links I put up here, it's up to you. Like I have said before, don't judge, just understand. This is my blog, I write for ME, my feelings, my thoughts, my decisions. I don't write for approval from anyone. My days of wanting everyone to like and accept me are finished. I'm not sorry if you don't like it, you don't have to, that's YOUR decision. And I WILL apologize to the people this is not directed to, sorry you had to read this. But I had to get it out, I had to let my feelings known, because that is why I started this blog anyway, to get my feelings OUT.

The payperpost crew was actually at the Today Show yesterday. While I'm not forcing you to watch the video, I will tell you that these people are trying to survive, just like me. I'm not a fan of the Today Show, so obviously I didn't catch them there, but they provided us with the 'inside look' on their visit. I thought it was cool.

No apologizes needed Diana!
I thank you for turning me onto PayPerPost.com. While I haven't been doing it for all that long it's nice to know that I can pick and choose what I want to blog about and make a little money while doing it.
I'm sorry someone gave you a tough time. Shame on them!

I'm sorry that there are ignorant people out there that don't realize not everyone's born with a silver spoon. I have to tell you Diana. When I first learned that you were doing this, I felt a bit down. I wasn't planning on going over to a blog that would advertise things to me. But then I realized that had you not told us, I would've never noticed it. I do understand where you're coming from and if I had the time to blog more often I would so totally do it too. I see it mostly as a way of entertainment. You keep me guessing as to what new thing you're going to show me next and if I will realize that you're selling something to me. And yes, I do click on the links because I don't think you have bad taste. Anyways, sorry to write such a long post but your troll better not show his/her head around here for trolls are crunchy and good with ketchup.

I can only assume you are talking about me since I was picking PayPerPost but a day or so ago.

And if I am correct, you could not be more wrong about me being "pissed off" at you.

I don't like PayPerPost. Period. That doesn't make you a bad person "by association." I hate Dell Computers, but I don't hate everybody that has or uses one. I hope you know what I am trying to say.

I use banners on my web site, which is as offensive to some, as PayPerPost is to me. It is all a matter of finding the balance that is right for you. And I can't be "pissed" for that.

I'm sorry, if I left you with any other impression.

Like I always say, "You can't please everybody!" Cheer up. If you could do a little bit more blogging, you could make a little more $$$! If othes don't like it, they don't have to read it. JUST LIKE YOU SAID!! By the way, follow my link for MAKE MONEY ONLINE for more opportunities that don't include blogging!

I went through the same thing you're going through a few years ago. It sucks. I also had to go to DSS for daycare help. They're not bad up here, but it sucks anyway.

My sis lives in the Bronx and I knew some sitters that were pretty good out there. She lives by the 6 line at the Parkchester stop. Do you work over by the Castle Hill section of real estate heaven? LOL?!?!

Good luck on finding a sitter. If you live near that area, send me an email. My sis may know someone that is reliable and responsible...

You do what you gotta do and don't worry about anybody else. You don't need their approval anyway.
Actually, I was intrigued by the information you provided about payperpost. I haven't signed up yet, but I have checked it out and I happen to be seriously considering it. Thanks for putting the word out.
