My chin has a new zip code

I have THE BIGGEST zit in history deciding to make its way into the world through my chin. It hurts. I haven't had a pimple in YEARS. And it hurts. And my chin is shiny now. So I know that everyone that comes into my office today is staring at my chin, because I see their eyes just a little too low to be looking at my eyes, and too high to be looking at my boobage.
Any home remedies to get rid of this thing before I have to name it and put it into my will? For the record, I don't have any special facial cleansers at home, because like I said, I haven't had skin blemishes in years, like since sophomore year. (Yeah, go ahead and hate me. But let me tell you that I had the world's best dermatologist when I was a teenager, and thanks to her I never had a problem again.) I used to use the Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask, but I would have to make a trip to Sally's to find it as they don't carry it in regular pharmacies anymore...and that thing used to work overnight...
I'm going to scare the people at the theater tonight.

LOL! It's grossing me out. I was lucky enough to have somewhat clear-ish skin in high school...now this. Ick.

Toothpaste. If you use the all-white kind (none of that fancy gel stuff), dab a little on the spot, and overnight it will soak up/dry up the oil. Don't use too much, or too often, because then you get The Flakes and that's just as bad.

I hate when I have a pimple that hurts to the touch. Luckily like you Diana I get them very rarely but when I do they are doozies!

I hadn't heard about the toothpaste suggestion but it sounds like it's worth a try. If you use it let us know how well it worked for you.

Z&B's mom: I have gel toothpaste at home. It was on sale! Two for one! So next time I get the regular paste, and I get a zit, i will try it.
